## Refund Policy

We want you to love your VisionCast Orbit. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
**Eligibility**
- Item must be unused and in original packaging, with all accessories (remote, adapter, manual) included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
**How to Start a Return**
Contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and, where applicable, a return address.
**Return Shipping**
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, in which case we cover the cost.
**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
**Faulty or Damaged Items**
If your Orbit arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
**Non-Returnable Items**
Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories may be subject to a partial refund.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
**Shipping Times**
- **UK:** 4-14 business days
- **US:** 4-14 business days
- Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase, and exclude weekends and public holidays.
**Plug Type**
Please note: due to current stock, the VisionCast Orbit ships with an EU or US style plug (varies by order). UK customers will need a standard adapter to use it in a UK outlet — see the product page for details.
**Free Shipping**
Orders over $50 / £50 qualify for free standard shipping automatically at checkout.
**Delays**
Occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, high demand, or courier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at [your support email] and we'll help track it down.
**Tracking**
